Frequently Asked Questions
Entries open online in early 2026. Choose your category, tell us your story and submit supporting evidence — photos, testimonials and results all help. Entry is free for individual categories, and you can enter more than one.
Every entry is scored independently by our panel of industry judges against published criteria. Judges declare any conflicts of interest and never score categories where they have a connection. Finalists are announced ahead of the night, and winners are revealed live on stage.
Black tie. Think tuxedos, evening gowns and your absolute finest — this is the industry's night to sparkle. If you've never had a reason to dress up before, this is it.
Tickets are fully refundable up to 60 days before the event. Within 60 days, tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable to a colleague — just let us know the new guest's name.
Yes. The Paradise Rooms in Blackpool offers step-free access, accessible seating, accessible toilets and hearing support. Tell us about any requirements when booking and we'll make sure your evening is seamless.
There is ample parking close to the venue, including dedicated event parking and nearby public car parks within a short walk of the Paradise Rooms. Full parking details are sent with your tickets.
